**Eligibility Criteria:**
Applicant must be an industrial/mining worker of Punjab province and meet the following:
Registered under the **Factories Act, 1934** or **Punjab Mining Concession Rules, 2002** Covered under **PIRA 2010** as a "worker" At least **3 years of cumulative service** with **EOBI** or **PESSI** Children of deceased workers (if Death Grant received from PWWF) Children of differently abled workers (with certified disability from Medical Board)

Valid CNICs (worker & student/Form-B) Valid EOBI/Social Security Card Affidavit on E-Stamp Paper confirming relationship & eligibility Factory/mine registration proof Additional documents requested by COMSATS at time of application
